In this beautifully imaginative story Delta Draconis, takes children on a magical journey to the icy depths of Antarctica, where they meet her friend Adelie the Penguin. Together they dive into the deep blue sea, exploring mystical glittering ice caves where penguin colonies thrive and rare fish and crustaceans hatch and grow in their safe underwater world.  Each meditation story creates a peaceful world for a child’s mind to relax, process emotions, and embrace the power of imagination. Through yellow breathing techniques children are invited to imagine blowing out gentle yellow breath- calling Delta, the Yellow Star Dragon, down from her star in the Draco Star Constellation. The soothing combination of breathing, imagination and mindfulness activates the vagus nerve, calming the body and the mind while building emotional strength, focus and confidence. Every dragon is a special guardian from the stars, helping children find peace, wonder and courage-one magical breath at a time.
