Introducing Gamma Draconis, the Silver Star Dragon, from the Draco Star Constellation. In this beautifully imaginative story, Gamma takes children on a magical journey to the Silver Star Forest with his friend Bella the Cat. Together they travel to Gamma’s shimmering home star, where he lives with his family in a huge silver star tree, surrounded by friends Iona and Nu, two wise owls who love to share stories. There, your child is welcomed into the calm and wonder of the forest, guided gently by Gamma and Bella. The soothing meditation story helps children use their imagination to create a safe inner space- a place where their brains can process emotions, release stress, and explore the power of creative thought. Through gentle Silver Breathing techniques, children imagine blowing out silver breath so that Gamma Draconis will come down from his star. This blend of imagination, breathing and mindfulness activates the vagus nerve, helping children relax deeply, restore balance and find strength within. Each Star Dragon Meditation story combines calming narrative and breathing exercises to ease anxiety and release tension, support deep, restful sleep, build emotional confidence and focus and encourage creativity and resilience.
