In this beautifully imaginative story, Zeta Draconis takes children on a magical journey through a shimmering portal to the Centre of the Earth, they meet Mokus the Pink Squirrel and explore a world full of wonder. Giant Caterpillars crawl among the roots, monkeys sip tea and nibble biscuits in the treetops, and talking Owl’s swoop through the glowing forest to greet their visitor in the centre of the earth. A giant butterfly arrives to lift your child high above the enchanted forest, soaring gracefully around the Centre of the Earth. Along the way, they make new friends and discover the magic of calm and imagination. Each meditation combines storytelling, breathing, and visualisation to help children find peace and confidence. By breathing out gentle green breath with the guided breathing techniques they invite Zeta Draconis down from her star. This activates the vagus nerve creating a safe space for their brain to process uncomfortable emotions and stress and fully embrace everything their imagination allows them to. The soothing story helps children manage stress, build resilience and embrace the power of their imagination.
